Juice cleanse

I am inquiring about juice cleanses. Does anyone know of any that are healthy and work well? I am open to all suggestions.

Your body cleanses it self why do this?

Eat normal and forget the fast fixes they do not work

I don't think there is any proof that they do anything different than eating foods. I'm not big on sweet drinks, but I do like cucumber lemon water.  I get more satisfaction eating my calories.

I tried the Pressed Juicery 3 day cleanse.  I didn't help me at all; I also never felt full.  It was difficult for me to do because I didn't like how a lot of the juices tasted.
