Juicing at home, logging calories?

Hi everyone. So soon I’ll have my Fitbit Sense and and I plan on logging everything I eat in the app.
currently what I plan on doing is drinking 3 juices a day (breakfast, lunch and a snack) and then having a healthy dinner. I’m not talking juice from the store. This will be juice thats 80% veggies greens 20% fruits.

I was thinking of just logging the whole veggie and fruits I juice and call it a day?

Thanks.

just wondering how any of you juicers log your juice?

I would make up each different juice as a "Create a Meal"  list all ingredients and save it, but bear in mind that if the pulp of the ingredients is separated and thrown out, the fiber counts will be way off.

Hi @Hellcatpekes, welcome to the Community Forums. @BASILCHIVES thanks for the great idea.

@Hellcatpekes thanks for the details shared on your post. I would measure the amount of each veggie and fruit used, to log them and get the most accurate amount of calories of the juice. 😊
