Our whole family has something like a fitbit. My sister and I have the flex. My mom has the Charge HR, and my dad has a watch that's not a fitbit but acts like a fitbit. My dad wanted to eat helthier, so I did too. I've always eaten junk food. Chocolate, sugary cereal, etc. But at dinners, we are healthy as we can be. Now I eat quinoa, cuos, cuos, brussel sprots, and all sorts of things that I'd never imagine eating. But some of them taste really good, and some of them is a nice try. I excercise more often and I eat helthy. So yeah, kids can go on and eat healthy at an early age!

What you consider healthy is " normal food " in my country.
I mean, I am happy to see that you cook " healthy " but on the other side I am a bit shocked that this basic type of stuff is considered healthy in the US, and not part of the daily life anyway.
