Hi everyone,
I belong to a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), which means I get a box of vegetables every week. I have a ton of lettuce right now. I'm tired of salads and I already made lettuce soup. What do I do next? Any ideas? Thanks!

What kind of lettuce? I have friends who make lettuce wraps and tacos. Green smoothies are also an option - never made one, wouldn't want one, but again, some people love them.

Smoothies are not a bad idea. It would be a good way to use a lot at once. I'll have to concoct something. Thanks for the idea!

Here's the recipe:

It came out kind of like pea soup - that same kind of thickness. It wasn't bad.
I don't know what kind of lettuce. It wasn't iceberg or butter, I know those. This was just green and leafy, not on a head like iceberg. I think any lettuce would work.
Let me know if you try it, @SolangeE and what you think.
