It is SO HARD to track my food intake....how are you supposed to accurately report something that DOESN'T come in a package?!
Is this a stupid question???

I have the same issue sometimes, but I usually just do a search in the app for something similar. Like when I make lasagna .... it didn't come in a box, but has pretty much the same ingredients (minus the crazy amounts of salt that's in the pre-packaged stuff). Then I see what they're serving size is and estimate. It's not a perfect science, and I'm sure that sometimes it's +/- the actual caloric content, but I figure it's better than not tracking at all and at least I should be in the ballpark. I hope. 🙂

I have created a lot of "custom food" using google to find the nutritional values.

is an awesome site to get NI Info when you dont have it
But it really depends on what you are looking for. Can you give us an example?
