Logging food is not working

I am unable to log my food on the app.  Is there an issue with the app?

I would shut down your phone for a minute then go back in and see if it helps.

 

But Like @MarciM  said we need more info to help you better

 

I myself am not having a problem with the app food logging

Hi,

I am having the same issue. I can't log food on the app on my Android phone, only on the laptop. When I enter any food, the screen goes blank and returns to the Food cals in vs out graph page.

I have turned off my phone for a minute and restarted it - no difference

I have un paired the Flex and re paired it - no difference.

 

Any other ideas? Thanks
