I'm new to Fitbit, after upgrading. Other than the obvious not having a recipe to follow.
But can we add the recipes to what we have eaten.
For example, if I had a smoothie for breakfast, how can I add to my list? Or the chicken and sweet potato for dinner?
And it also gives calories when you add it. Is this a function and I've missed it?

In the app if you go to the Calories tab and hit the + in the top right corner you can add food that you've eaten, and it will log the amount of calories and macronutrients for you.
You can also scan the labels of foods, if you prefer.

Thank you for your reply, have started to do this.
But what about the recipes that are all ready on the app, how do you add those to a day? With out inputting info for each meal?

If there are recipes already on the app you can click the + and select the recipe you want, either using the search function, or in your 'Recent' or 'Custom' tabs.
From there, you just edit the amount and when you ate it and it will be logged for the day.

I have tried pressing the + button but it doesn't give me the option to add a recipe from the pre programmed list, I will try to get hold of CS as you should be able to click it and get an option to add it, either that or I am not doing it properly 🤷:female_sign: and I've tried everything short of just typing it in and everything being separate, and that would take ages?

I'd like to help, but you might need to contact tech support or something:
When I press the +, I have a screen that has three main tabs: Frequent, Recent and Custom. In all three of these I can find recipes I have used previously and recipes I have created.
In the top right corner there is also a magnifying glass that, if I click it, I can search for recipes/specific foods etc.
You add recipes to your daily intake the same way you add any other food: you click it and the 'Add Food' menu appears.
