fitbit Carb Counting Issues

Is anyone else finding this fitbit carb counter way off when it comes to steak?? I've seen anywhere from 35g carb in 8oz of steak added to my daily, to 64g carbs in 15oz sirloin steak, BBQ'd plain. And this I know to be WAY off. I've done the research on the calorie/carb in almost all steaks.

Is there a way to change the carbs like you can the calories?
