Alright ya'll, If I eat anymore chicken this week, I am going to turn into a chicken. I've eaten griled chicken, buffalo chicken tenders, regular chicken tenders, chicken and dumplings, chicken wraps.
I need some other suggestions on things to eat that are low carb meats. I get tired of chicken, beef fajitas, sausage links, hot dogs only...no bread or fixings.
Any other suggestions? Help me out please!!

-- grill up some salmon (copper river if you can get it) with olive oil, dill and lemon. throw a pat of butter on top when it's done and chow down.

there's also pork carnitas. just skip the tortilla. you can use this recipe as is or do it in a slow cooker (just leave out the part about throwing in the orange rind).

Best AnswerMy mom did low carb for a while I remember her doing a lot of burgers wrapped in lettuce leafs or rolled up lunch meat. You could also try sausage or meatballs cooked in tomato sauce. I’m a vegetarian so that’s all the ideas I have, good luck though I remember the low carb thing worked amazingly for my mom.

or, just enhance what you currently eat. making a burger? throw a fried egg on top. things like that.
