Alright ya'll, If I eat anymore chicken this week, I am going to turn into a chicken. I've eaten griled chicken, buffalo chicken tenders, regular chicken tenders, chicken and dumplings, chicken wraps.
I need some other suggestions on things to eat that are low carb meats. I get tired of chicken, beef fajitas, sausage links, hot dogs only...no bread or fixings.
Any other suggestions? Help me out please!!

how about fish?
-- grill up some salmon (copper river if you can get it) with olive oil, dill and lemon. throw a pat of butter on top when it's done and chow down.
-- tuna with herbed aioli:

there's also pork carnitas. just skip the tortilla. you can use this recipe as is or do it in a slow cooker (just leave out the part about throwing in the orange rind).

pork tenderloin is great as well. here's the recipe i use:
1-2 lb pork tenderloin
1 tsp dried basil

My mom did low carb for a while I remember her doing a lot of burgers wrapped in lettuce leafs or rolled up lunch meat. You could also try sausage or meatballs cooked in tomato sauce. I’m a vegetarian so that’s all the ideas I have, good luck though I remember the low carb thing worked amazingly for my mom.

tuna salad, egg salad. what about crab? since it's frozen, it should be available.
or, just enhance what you currently eat. making a burger? throw a fried egg on top. things like that.
