Macros + GI Issues

Hey ; Has anyone ever had 'healthy gi distress' ? I'm using the following

 

Macro: 40/30/30 Protein/Fats/Carbs

 

Strength Train: 2x a week

 

Firstly this worked fine, I was getting my carbs from vegetable sources and my lean mass increased.

Some time has gone by, and i'm noticing issues, so i'm torn btwn Eating LeanNMean vs. High Fibre Diet

Also, I slowly started to cut down protein powder consumption, and cruciferous veggies to see if it would help the situation....still having tummy cramps and pains
