Macros not adding correctly

ANSWERED

on the app my macros are:
Carbs 46%
fats 34%
protein 20%
yet the grams are:

carbs 187 g

fats 60 g

protein 77 g

So if I ate less fats than protein why is the macro tracking on app showing more fats percentage wise. I’m confused. Can someone help me. Maybe I’m not understanding something.

Hello @Judy04

1g of fat contains 9 calories

1g of carbs contains 4 calories

1g of proteins contains 4 calories

So the math are correct:

187*4 + 60*9 + 77*4 = 1596 calories

 Then 187*4*100/1596 = 46 %

60*9*100/1596 = 34 %

77*4*100/1596 = 20 %
