my general viewpoint is everything that is roasted in an oven is wonderful.
i made carrots and onions this week - 425 degrees and set it for 15 min at a time, and flip them when the timer goes off. I put olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper.
it was woooooonderful.
we also like to roast our Brussel sprouts with salt, pepper, and lemon. also wonderful!
i've heard you can roast cauliflower and green beans in the oven and both are wonderful as well, i havent tried them yet but its on the list.
