This post on sugar cravings prompted me to post photos of the carbs I’m currently eating while dieting (currently in week 9/12, have lost 5 kg so far, starting from BMI 21.3):
Mix of wild raspberries and blueberries (picked up by me around my house), pear, banana and grapefruit.
I add greek yoghurt (protein: 6g, carbs: 4g, fat: 2g, only 58 kcal. per 100g):
I’ve been eating this 2-3 times a day. Provides me with enough energy for weight training and general activity (walking etc.) during the day, and enough sugar so I don’t crave more caloric-dense stuff like ice-cream, cookies etc.

To me that looks better than ice cream — especially the crappy low sugar low fat stuff folks resort to in order to be ‘healthy.’

I love fruit! So many people will say "Oh, I can't have fruit on this diet, too much sugar." But fruit is sooo good for you.
