National Coffee Day is celebrated annually on September 29th. People across the United States celebrate one of the most beloved beverages and we can join the celebration all over the world! Why not?
Did you know that caffeine has some health benefits? In moderated quantities it increases memory, improves focus, stimulates hair growth, relieves post work-out muscle pain, helps ward off Alzheimer's, increases stamina during exercise among others.
The best is that the possibilities to have a coffee are infinite! You can choose a black coffee which is basically a calorie-free beverage, so you can enjoy a guiltless glass, even while dieting. Okay okay, if you can't stand drinking your coffee black, you can add some additional ingredients you can opt for fat-free milk or light soy milk.
And if you don't care too much about calories you can have a iced coffee with some syrup and whipped cream yummie!
Share how you love to drink your coffee!

Love this thread @CindyFitbit! You know, unfortunately I can't be a fan of coffee because caffeine is not that good for me (health issues), but every now and then I enjoy a good cup of Guatemalan coffee. There's nothing better than that!

@Mcore Sorry for that but yeah, unfortunately coffee is healthier in little doses.
@SunsetRunner Haven't tried decaf yet, not because I'm one of those "no caffeine, not real coffee", it's just easier to get good coffee among the caffeinated ones.

Thanks @Mcore! A good cup of coffee once in a while it's better than nothing right?
I agree with that cute cat @SunsetRunner lol & I personally need caffeine, decaf is not that good.
