Best AnswerHow true @bodylogicbyjeff ! We can make better choices, no matter where we eat. With the "stay at home" orders, I've been cooking more and actually don't miss the restaurants. Being able to control the sodium and fat at home good. Once we start going out again, I'll probably be even more cautious where I eat. Always checking the online nutritional value of food is a good idea. Many of the foods my husband thought were healthy, were sodium and cholesterol nightmares. Only.....now I want that burger you posted!

Make a Burger at home. We also have an Air Fryer to do fries in. They come out really good.
