Net Carbs

ANSWERED

Will net carbs be ever added to tracking? I’ve seen this request multiple times over the years, since 2014. Anyone have a good way of tracking instead of using a spreadsheet or duplicating the info on the My Fitness Pal app?

@AV8trix172   Food companies put it on packaging, but there is no legal definition of net carbs from the US Food and Drug Administration.  Fitbit follows guidelines from sources like the FDA, CDC, American Heart Association, and WHO.  You probably won't see it until there is a legal definition and it's required on food labels.
