Net Fiber

The American Heart Association recommends 25–30 grams of fiber per day from food. Currently i had to add up by looking at each nitrition info after i log in each food that i consumed. Will you please add some function that i can easily check my total fiber intake daily?

Hello @MayOmori and welcome to the Community.  This information is available in the Fitbit app.  The Android and iOS pages are slightly different.  Tap on your Food tile.

  • For Android, look just below the Macronutrients percentage breakdown.  The app should say NUTRIENTS in teal.  Tap on that to see your nutrients breakdown, including fiber.
  • For iOS, look just below Macronutrients and tap on the teal Show.

You mentioned net fiber in your title.  The app shows total fiber.  This feature updates as you log food throughout the day.

Could you add a feature to track daily fiber intake? I currently have to log each food item individually, and it would be much easier to see my total fiber intake in one place.
