Just bought my new FitBit Charge HR today and really looking forward to getting the most out of it. Really hoping that it will help me lose weight, but have to wait and see.
One thing I have already noticed is the autofill earch lists in the Food Log, very impressed.
Hope I can get some support from this community as well. I am diagnosed with Type 2 Bipolar Affective Disorder, so motivation is a big for me, or lack of it sometimes.

the weekly stat totals are amazing week to week and over the months. u will see
combine cardio and diet I am from 239 in feb to 207 now to go to 179.
it takes time 3/4 lbs a month. low and slow......
u can do it
