After the latest update it appears that the nutrient information for the present day is gone. You can still see them on past days and future days. I have already deleted the app, redownloaded it, shut off my phone, turned it back on. Please help!

Mine isn't but I can see it the next day and the day before so I've been planning my meals a day ahead. Crazy that they still haven't fixed this!

It did not fix mine. The sleep resting heart rate is also non functional, as is the menstrual tracking feature. Wondering why I'm paying for an app that they don't maintain!

Sorry to hear. My sleeping resting heart rate also returned. Maybe try deleting or restarting the app will help.
I always restart the app after updating because it’s so nerve racking to update the app. There is more often than not an issue with their updates at least for me.

It has not fixed mine either, and my sleeping heart rate graph is also not fixed. Are you outside of the US? I am in Canada. We don’t get notices of updates and I have no way of telling if I have received one, let alone been given any direction on how to update. The instructions applicable for the US users don’t work here.

Linda- Three of the app features are still non functional for me and I'm in the US so there doesn't seem to by rhyme or reason to who has their features restored and who hasn't. I have also wondered how people know when an update occurred. I have never seen an alert or been prompted that an update is taking place. I did restart the app and my phone but that didn't do anything. If you delete and re-install the app I'm guessing you lose all of your data?

My nutrient info returned after the update as well but am still missing other app features. I did not receive any notification to update the app either but found out there was an update by opening the App Store, searching for Fitbit app and when the app appeared it indicated I needed to update it which solved my nutrient missing info but not the other issues. . Ugh. Not sure what else to do. So frustrating.

thank you very much for solving the mystery of how to find the updates (which does seem rather convuluted).
thanks to your tip, my app finally has the current day nutrient information back.
hope the other issues are resolved soon.

Hi MayaCm
Regarding updates you can go directly to the Fitbit app in the App Store , assuming you’re using an iPhone, as if you we’re downloading it for the first time. If an update is available it will say update instead of open.
This usually works to download it sooner than auto or prompted updates.
Regarding deleting the app your data should be stored in the Fitbit servers as your data is also available on your computer browser. You will have to log in again and reset Alexa if you use it, but step data , calories etc will not be lost.
