Nutritional Goals...???

Are there Nutritional Goals we can view as we enter our daily food intake?  Such as I see how much protien I have eaten, how much should I eat per day? Can we see that anywhere?  I see how much sodium I have takken in, and it looks high, can I see what my daily limit should be anywhere?  (Fitness Pal shows when you are near or have gone overe these limits) Does Fitbit also show this anywhere?

Hi there,

Not that I've been able to tell. I use an app called Cronometer, that lets you track what you've eaten throughout the day. It shows how much you've taken in so far as vitamins, minerals, fats, carbs, protien.. It even breaks it down to the amino acids and gives you the recommended and max limits for each. There are a couple of minerals like molybendum and flouride where they don't really have much info since it's not reported on packaging. It syncs with your fitbit so you can see your active calories as they happen.

I could not recommend this app more.
