I recently did a 7 day detox using the Arbonne detox system along with their protein shakes. I lost 9 pounds on the detox. What are some good protein shakes that I can buy at my local health food store that don't cost an arm. I love the Arbonne stuff, but I can't afford it every month.
Thanks in advance!

Protein World's might be less expensive. I have the Dual Whey Blend in vanilla, which is pretty tasty. In the past, I also really liked Precision Engineered's vanilla and chocolate powders.
I've used all of them in oatmeal or in baking, but I'm sure they'd be tasty as shakes on their own (particularly the Precision Engineered vanilla, which smells just like icecream!).
[Edit to be clearer that Precision Engineered is a different make, not by Protein World!]

So I use IsoPure Its one of the best protein shakes out there right now. 0 Carbs 200 calories for 2 scoops. (I usually just use one if I am using it after a workout) It also has 50 g of protein and no sugar. (Its one of the protein powders on the market that diabetics can use). I would say give it a try. I love the stuff. Its normally $85 but if you are willing to have it shipped to you rather than buy it in a store the Vitamin Shoppe always has it on sale on their website for $42.92

Just remember, the Arbonne protein is pea based, not whey or animal based. Keep this in mind when looking for a replacement.
I use the Arbonne protein as well. It is a little pricey, but I haven't found another protein that is 100% vegan and disolves so completely. I joined as a preferred client and get 20% for $20/year. I saved that and then some on my first order.
Hope this helps!
