I prefer to use MyFitnessPal for my recipes. If you have a few recipes that you use most often you can input the ingredents in and number of servings and it will tell you how many calories per serving your meal is. I love to make smoothies at home myself and really love that I know exactly how many calories there are in them! If you don't use MFP I'd probably calculate your smoothie based on the ingredients rather than using the smoothie with unknown ingredients; i.e. if your smoothie has 1 banana, one scoop of protein, and one cup of greek yoghurt you'd want to input those ingredients in separately to make sure you're counting your calories correctly.
Another good calorie counter is caloriecount.com. It breaks everything down into a nutrition facts label and give a few of the vitamins and minerals that are in the recipe as well. It is a little harder than myFitnessPal, but it works for what I want to know
