First of all thanks for the many advices, I got from this group, you guys all rock.
So, I wanted to give back some value to the community as well...
I was doing a lot of research lately on Weight Loss and found very interesting facts and tips on how to boost your metabolism by drinking tea.

I've noticed what worked for me is mint or peppermint tea! Somehow it makes me not to reach to something sugary ! I tried other kinds but the only one that worked for me was the mint one.
What has worked for you?
