So, I'm working on the whole weight loss thing by using Weight Watchers (WW). I'm on the green plan. The question that was raised was "Can you eat fast food and still lose weight?".
After a little bit of trial and error, I have determined that YES... you can indeed lose weight while eating fast food.
I've got this theory that if you planned your calories right, you could actually lose weight eating nothing but McDonalds every day (The complete opposite of "Supersize Me").
Anywho... I am interested in finding other solid low calorie, go-to options for fast food experiences.
What foods are you ordering to do the whole "Lose Weight While Eating Fast Food" thing?

@RubyHunter4 I admire your food plan and exercise routine to complement eating fast food everyday. I personally think that fast food meals that include a burger, fries, and a soft drink is not healthy and has too many calories in it. It might work for you, but I'm not sure about me.😇 But there are fast food options that are healthy and okay to have. I haven't try to eat what you mentioned everyday although I'd love too. I wonder what exercise routine do you have? Pass the secret...
