For some reason, I completely forgot to plan today's food before I went to bed last night. Planning tomorrow's food is part of my evening routine but apparently I was zoned out.
I know my changes are here to stay though, because in 20 minutes I had a plan and everything ready to go. Breakfast was started, lunch was packed, and dinner needs identified. I knew exactly what to do to hit my goals and stay on track despite last night's zone out. Logged, packed, ready to rumble.
I got 'dis. And that feels awesome. : )
What's your happy today?

I usually put lunch together the night before but I've slacked off the past few weeks. I end work early on a Wed and Fri so i'm home, did my workout and it's just my normal quitting time. Now I have to decide what to do next.

My win was finishing a conference call early during a busy day and slipping down to the gym to make up a missed work out and then -- after rushing to catch the train home with no time to make my normal afternoon snack -- discovering a piece of string cheese in my bike bag that I forgot I bought this morning. Nice to know my morning self is looking out for my harried afternoon self!
