Hi,
I'm a university student but I'm really into my fitness! I was wondering if anyone could recommend me meals which are healthy and cheap to make?
Thanks!

Hi @Nikitamaia_Welcome to the forum. I hope you find useful information and new idea here. As for your question about university meals. Are you eating on a meal plan at a U café or trying to understand what you should be stocking in your own frig. For me, it's all about green leafy veggies and lean meat. That being said I'd always try to grab a salad at a café to start, add some chicken or fish (if wild caught fish is available) and go very lite with a EVO based dressing. Good luck!

hey @Nikitamaia_ my oldest is also at school. She chooses salads and grilled items through her meal plan and stocks her fridge and freezer with lots of veggies, premade grilled chicken and the frozen veggie pasta. she eats low calorie english muffins, yogurt.. all the items you would get on the perimeter of the store...
