How do I create a recipe in the "Food" area of the fitbit site?
Thanks, Jo Ann

@jompoo -- Fitbit does not have a built in recipe feature. You can create "meals" and treat them as recipes. Once you have saved a meal (your famous lasagna, for a family of four, for example), you can log just a portion or a multiple of it, and then add the other items you had along with it. But it can get confusing because all the individual items the make up the meal will be individually logged, so you may lose track of what you are doing once you start adding the other things you had with the main course.
I use MyFitnessPal for food logging. In the MFP settings area, you can link to your fitbit account, then log food there (including recipes you create) and it will sync over here as a meal summary (detail stays on the MFP site). The programs work pretty well together if you log all your food and MFP, and all your exercise on Fitbit.
Hope the helps.

Use Create a meal that is at the bottom of the favorite List
I usually give it my Initials so I can find it faster
