Best Answer@mdmc If you're using veggie crumbles, I'd seriously read labels. Some of them are really processed and/or have lots of sodium. A healthier version could be black beans or firm tofu with guac, pico and shredded lettuce. Or roasted cauliflower!
@writergal28 the crumbles that we use are loaded with salt just like you said. I'm willing to use an alternative as long as it's not meat. Thanks for the tips 🙂
