I am sure I saw an item on how much water should be consumed but the goal panel has gone. Where can I find this info now?

Try this sight although I think the amount of water we need is very individual.

Thanks for this but maybe someone from FitBit can direct me to where the original info on FitBit can be found.

Hi and thanks for your reply. Yes that it partly what I mean. Just below the top section there was a panel to get advice on goal setting. That panel has now gone because no doubt I viewed it before I knew what I was doing and the App decided I didn’t need it anymore.

I guess it’s Fitbit avoiding to be too prescriptive. Similar subtle changes have occured along the years. For instance, there used to be a table with various body fat ranges (normal, fitness, athlete etc.) in the Weight tile: now it’s only "Based in your gender, the normal range for body fat is 14-24%".
