I have been looking into the "Hidrate Spark" water bottle. It looks amazing and would help myself get back on drinking more water! Anyone have any feed back about this brand? It's suppose to connect to FitBit? Any additional information would be great!

I suggest reading the reviews on Amazon. They aren't too favorable.

Have you tried using the Fitbit app to add water? I know it helps me when I'm not drinking enough. Like to hit my goals. I have a large 40 oz bottle i use and make sure I drink at least 64 oz and sometime more.
But I have my goal set at 64.

Water intake can change a lot. There are too many variables that changes it. But what i do is, try to bee every 3-4 hours except at sleeping time. Urine color should be light-water color. My intake is usually between 2-6 liter a day. Hot summer with outside exercise easily 6 liter.

I looked at it once, and then I really stepped back and thought about it. "Why do I need something so fancy?". As much as technology is nice, I think there is such a thing as too much. I decided to invest in a camelbak (much cheaper) made it pretty with a vinyl label, and called it a day.
I use the water tracker in my fitbit app to keep it updated.

I keep looking at it as well as I also like the shiny of it, but I keep postponing it as I really don't need it. As @WendyB said, I use the water log in FitBit and that helps me to keep track.

I bought the Thermos version yesterday, but according to many reviews online both are either delicate or the computer on them fail after a length of time. So buyer beware. But you can still use the calculator to find out how much water you are required and manually enter how many refills.
Since I have a water filtration unit in our building and I'm not too worried about Water Intoxication since I'm mostly in a relaxed status, I've already drank 20 plus cups of water to combat the sodium intake.
