Hi, Does anyone know what Fitbit recommend to be the correct intake for your Gender, Age, Weight and Height?

Fitbit will assign a default goal for water intake, just like it does for steps, active minutes etc., but it’s only indicative and can be changed by you (see help article How do I use Fitbit to track and set goals for my water intake?). The "correct" amount of water to ensure proper hydration also depends on other factors like location (hot vs. cold climate), time of the year, level of activity etc. IMO water intake isn’t among the most important aspects to track with your Fitbit. I’d say it’s more important to switch from caloric beverages (regular soda, alcohol, sweetened coffee/tea etc.) to non-caloric ones (diet soda, unsweetened coffee/tree, plain water etc.), if you are currently consuming a significant quantity of caloric beverages.
