Making it way too complicated. When you glance at the clock, if it is at the top of the hour (7o'clock, 10 o'clock or whatever) drink a glass of water.
You would be amazed how much water you will drink this way. And . . . . . you can do it for the rest of your life without and technology (except for a timekeeping device).

Best AnswerIf your Fitbit has a reminder to move, you can use that as a reminder to drink. However, if you have gotten your 250 steps in an hour before 10 of, it won't buzz you. Or you can set an alarm every hour and it will buzz and remind you to drink your water.
