Hello all
While I understand the other parameters I would like an explanation on what a high protein value actually means. I weigh around 80 kg, am physically active and consume between 80 and 120 grams of proteins daily, which shouldn't be too much according to guidelines.
Thanks in advance for information

Hello @dj5274 and welcome to the Community. That phrase can mean different things in different countries, depending on the food labeling regulations. In the US, a food must have 20% of the Daily Value of protein to be labeled high protein. It can also refer to the protein quality, meaning is it a complete or incomplete protein.
Can you give more details?

I was certain that I posted this topic under smart scales section, but I'll try to explain it in this reply.
I'm using a smart scale that uses mobile app from Fitbit and the only thing I didn't understand was what label "high" next to protein value actually means and what I can do about it. I'm attaching screenshot below.

@dj5274 You wrote that you use the Fitbit app, but your screenshot isn't from the Fitbit app. Please refer to the app that you are using. That protein percentage doesn't appear on the Fitbit app.
If you originally posted on the Aria scales forum, it was moved to help you get an answer. That forum helps users troubleshoot Aria scale issues.
