What is a food I can eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner that is fiber filled?

fresh fruit and vegetables are the best fiber sources.  Also, legumes and good quality grains such as multi grain breads, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, etc.  White bread or other refined grain lack nutrients and fiber.   Meat, poultry, fish, and dairy products contain no fiber.  I hope this helps.  Keep stepping!

I have been sprinkling chia seeds on some foods if I find it's a bit low in fiber. Chia seeds (like all seeds and nuts) are high in calories, so I eat them sparingly. But the majority of the carbs are from fiber and it's apparently got a lot of other good stuff. It can be used in a lot of meals.

I also like oatmeal and have been eating some savory oatmeal recipes, allowing oatmeal to become a dinner food. Again, oatmeal is not a low calorie food, so keep track of portion size.

You can try fiber supplements, but I advise you do your research to make sure you are taking the right amount.
