I am on a bit of a Korean food kick, and today I am having Bibimbap!
It's so yummy, and has some great low calorie veggies in it. Today, I had a big bowl with cucumber, onions, carrots, mushrooms and an egg on top. It was a nice 466 calories!
Yummmm 🙂

I'm on day 9 of a specific meal plan (we eat the same thing every day for 10 days). So we've gotten amazing at cooking dinner and making breakfast, lunch, and snacks for the following day all in 40 minutes each evening.
Lunch is a whole wheat wrap with 2 tsp dijon mustard, 1/4 avocado, 3/4 c bean sprouts, 1 c spinach, and 1/4 c chopped tomato. Suprisingly I'm not yet tired of it. It's easy to make - I put all the ingredients in a container to take to work, then add it to the wrap when I'm ready to eat so it doesn't get soggy. 🙂

Attention! Check out Daiya Cheddar style Mac & Cheese! Yes, it's dairy free and gluten free but it is amazing! Also, 5 grams of protein per serving and 20% calcium. If you see it on the grocery shelf I really encourage you to pick it up and give it a try!
