Curious... what is your favorite Paleo "hack?" That is, the one thing that, once you tried the healtheir, Paleo version, the old version just didn't cut it!
I don't generally like to "Paleo-fy" foods (because, after all, a Paleo Pop-Tart is still a Pop-Tart, and it never seems the same), but there are some things that are 110% better when Paleo!
My two favorites are:
-Paleo mayo Which, contrary to the recipe link, takes about 15 seconds to make if you have an immersion blender. Just toss it all in a cup and go to town! And,
-Breakfast sausage (without the sugar)! If you want the sweet, maple kick, just add a drizzle of maple syrup or molasses. It's not my thing but the DH says it's good that way
So what are your favorite "Paleo-hacks?"

Paleo mayo, love it!....cannot STAND the store bought stuff now! 2 cook books I really like are Well Fed and Well Fed 2. I don't consider my self a die hard "Paleo" eater, but I do strive to eat foods we raise ourselves. We have our own beef and garden veggies. Plan on getting some chickens soon.
I too like the sausage (we have our own pork). I prefer to season it myself.
