Best AnswerYour intake of calories will depend upon the amount of calories you burn. The days that I exercise more are the days that I can afford to splurge a little on the amount of calories I take in. If I choose to have a less active day I choose to eat fewer calories or eat foods that are lower in calories. I have lost every week except one since December by using this method. I'm down 25 pounds.
