figuring out a good calorie range

HI

 im trying to figure out a good calorie range for myself. i am almost 5'5 tall and current weight is 256.6. im trying to lost about 106 pounds. id like to lose between 1- 1.5 pounds a week. thank you.

I am trying to lose a few pounds and wondering where to start. I found the article https://betterme.world/articles/lose-5-pounds-in-3-days-detox/ and I want to start with that. I wonder if I can last three days. If so, I will be proud of myself and continue to lose weight

Your intake of calories will depend upon the amount of calories you burn.  The days that I exercise more are the days that I can afford to splurge a little on the amount of calories I take in.  If I choose to have a less active day I choose to eat fewer calories or eat foods that are lower in calories.  I have lost every week except one since December by using this method.  I'm down 25 pounds.
