What is the best way to log your food when it is homemade and includes multiple ingredients such as tacos, chili or spaghetti. There is no homemade option, just restaurant types or store made products. I would enter it manually but I have no idea of the nutritional value/calorie content.

When I dont have the NI I copy and paste the recipe to this site and it figures it out
I then add a custom Food and add the NI to it

Spaghetti:
Spaghetti Sauce
Hamburger
Onions
What ever else you add and then save as a meal
I also have Tacos as a meal as we have them all the time
