I like fresh fruit. I've been told that fresh fruit is high in fiber. My fitbit says a whole grapefruit has zero fiber. I'm confuse. Google says a 1/2 grapefruit has 2g of fiber. Fiber is an important part of a healthy diet, I think the info needs to be corrected.

I just logged 1/2 a medium grapefruit into my food log and it showed up as 1.4g fibre. Just make sure that you're logging the right item (ie. not juice)

Thanks, I'm a newby at this. Yesterday was my 1st day. I'll double check.

Good point by @A_Lurker: it’s an argument for eating the actual fruits whole, instead of juicing them. If you juice them, you keep the sugar, but forego the fiber (and probably some valuable nutrients as well).
