I'm a tea fanatic! You should drink tea, both have caffeine, however coffee has a greater amount per cup. As with any food or drink, I recommend speaking with a doctor or nutritionist before changing your habit or just go and take a different one each day to change your routine.

Green tea is a fantastic option as it is loaded with antioxidants and contains no calories. The caffeine content is considerably lower than that of coffee. It may also help with weight loss/maintenance if you have a few cups a day.

Obviously, if you can't cut out your coffee, don't.
I usually avoid coffee, because in order to drink it I need to add milk and sugar. With green tea I don't need to do that.
I am also a bit of a tea fanatic though. I buy loose leaf teas often. If you do decide to switch to green tea, I suggest trying genmaicha. It has a fuller flavour that I adore.

I love coffee and tea, but here is how I would make my decision:
COFFEE - pro's: higher caffeine (may also be a con for you, if sensitive to caffeine); can be easily made into something mocha-licious.
Con: harsher on the stomach, esp. if you have stomach problems like ulcers or gastritis (if so, skip coffee, or only have it if buffered with soy milk or something, and only after eating. Otherwise...too much coffee can cause stomach aches)
TEA - pro's: milder caffeine content = not as likely to cause shakiness; huge variety of flavours (I like dessert teas best)
Con's: can't think of any.
There you go. 🙂 I like both, but too much coffee makes me nauseated. I guess WAY too much of anything would, but I can drink a lot of tea and feel more or less fine. On coffee, more than a small bit, and my stomach aches.
Ultimately, it's personal preference.

Love the pro's and con's @Manticone and too much coffee makes my stomach wibbily wobbly. I didn't know about genmaicha @Wonton . Perhaps I'll drink some.
