Whenever I cook, I make only enough for my boyfriend and I to eat. Unless I'm meal prepping, in which case I seperate all of the food into the correct portion sizes and store them in baggies and containers. So even when I'm tempted to grab an extra helping, I remind myself that if I eat it now then I won't be able to have it tomorrow or the next day. (I usually prep for about 4-5 days worth of food)
