Since the start of the year, I have been endeavouring to reduce my weight and have achieved a weight loss of 2 pounds thus far. To do this, I have mostly focused on monitoring my calorie consumption and have also incorporated Huel Black Edition into one of my daily meals.
My question is: Is long-term consumption of Huel beneficial for my health?

Overall diet is key vs. whatever benefits the supplementary style powder might provide. They're more useful to pad out your nutrition in case your diet is a bit lacking or you need the extra protein etc.
