I'm looking for some easy and fun menu plans. Something that I can make for myself and my family will eat as well. I'd like to lose 10-15 pounds. I'm not a fan of "specialty" foods - I want real food, something I can buy at my local grocery store.

just shopping the perimeter of the store only will help you improve nutrition and save tons of calories. you can make simple substitutions to your current meal plans.. spaghetti and meatballs.. do zoodles and turkey or chicken "meat" balls. Mashed potatoes and gravy, make cauliflower mash with salsa.. fried chicken.. do oven baked chicken.. there are lots of ways to save calories.
