I was at work the other day and someone had carrot and celery sticks for lunch - I hate celery but decided to try it with a dip and it was actually ok... I thought its something really quick and easy to take to work in the day - just a question of what 'healthy' dip to use with the celery hahah.

I like unsalted edamame nuts for variety. Also cashews, almonds, all unsalted.
Dried fruits too - dried plums and apricots are often in the house.
My daughter likes rx bars and cliff bars. They have too many calories for me though.
My daily snacks this week are yogurt in the morning and in the afternoon carrots, celery, and peanut butter.
I also keep sugar free jello for a snack when I am reducing carbs.

I use hummus, but I am sure you could also go with guacamole. The dips are healthy, but can be calorie dense, so pay attention to that. Salsa is a low calories option for dips.
