Is there a way to create a recipe on FitBit, when tracking food, like on Weight Watchers?Tracking all my food, but sooo much work trying to figure out calories without being able to create a whole recipe on the app.. for example if making a dish like curried chicken, turkey meatloaf, etc.

You can create "foods" and "meals" On your food log there is an area that allows you to create a food. Mine shows up

at the end of foods - favorites. Same for meals. For instance, I eat a lot of salads which always have the same basic ingredients so I created that as a meal and then when I add some not so basic ingredients I just add them to my food log. Sure saves a lot of time. Hope this helps.
