I want to be able to view and balance macro levels by MEAL (e.g., Fat 40, Carbs 35 and Protein 25), not just for the day. For example, if breakfast is "on" but lunch messes with my percentages, the only way I can try to "balance" lunch is putting things in and deleting them in my lunch to try to get the levels back. I tried clicking on the name of the meal to see if that worked, but no. I even looked in the dashboard on my mac and nothing. Is there a way to do that? I want to keep everything in FB, but I may have to drop that and use some other app instead.
Also, I'm trying to figure out how to look at sodium intake. Even if I enter it manually to each food I add, the sodium doesn't seem to be anywhere except in the current day on the dashboard (not in the app). Since I'm not doing any processed foods, much of what I enter is at the ingredient level (sometimes from bar codes, like an organic yogurt). I wanted to look at sodium level from yesterday or the day before, and can't find it displayed anywhere. What am I missing?
Thanks, Pat

hey there @sailorlady, although I have not used it myself, myfitness pal should address some of the items you mention. It is not all on fitbit, but it does link up so I don't think it would be too time consuming to do both...
