I have the same question. I am using the lose it app still, so I can build a recipe. I am hoping there will be a recipe builder here soon. Please please please 🙂

I'll have to check that out. I could sync lose it if I pay the 40 bucks per year to get the full app. Thanks for the info 🙂

Do you track your activities on MFP? I am having a hard time understanding what I am suppsed to log and what I should leave alone. I am worried about double counting. I love my fitbit, but boy is it confusing.

I did that when I started last year but it does not calulate the activies right. I like the dashboard and counts here better but i have to build my recipes there so the servings and calories are right, then save then to the web from there then you can find them by name from the food here in Fitbit.

Hi, I have also been using MyFitness Pal to calculate calories in food, as fitbit only seems to show foods bought stateside. It seems rather a waste of resource time as we are logging everything (well nearly everything) twice.
Would it be possible to have a U.K. version of food please??
