Hi
my 2 kids both have inspire 3. How can I add both devices into same account.
I have a difficult time adding/syncing the second device.

Hi @Jarjar11 you can't have two Inspire 3 devices on one account. One Fitbit will have to have an account for itself, with a different email address.

Hi, @Jarjar11 , if you have 2 email addresses you can set up two accounts using the same phone. As @Odyssey13 mentioned each Inspire 3 must have its own account with its own email address associated with it. In order to set up and to sync you will need to log out of one account and log into the other, and sync them one at a time.
When you first do the set up you will need to put one of the Inspires out of Bluetooth range (at least 30 feet away) and set up the first one under one email address. Next log out of the account you used to set up the first one and then put the one already set up out of range. Then log into the other account and set up the second Inspire 3. If you have more than one Inspire 3 within Bluetooth range during set up you are likely to have difficulty setting up either one, as you have mentioned.
Once they are both set up, hopefully you should usually be able to sync without having to keep them out of range of each other, but syncing may take a little longer than usual (hopefully not, but maybe). You will always have to log out of one account and log into the other account in order to sync each one.
